Hello we have a spacious room available for a short term period and looking for a single person to take over a studio bedroom with an attached bathroom and balcony in a central location near Newton MRT and walking distance to Orchard.
No agent fee, crazy rules and you can have guests over. It's a big walk up apartment with no elevator.
House is a big 4 bedroom place which includes Vanessa (policy), Deanna (producer), Rupak (music - travelling) & Gaetan (librarian).
House vibe is easy going, peaceful, loving, caring, sharing, clean, we recycle, love plants and enjoy occasional gatherings.
We would love to share our home with someone who resonates with these values.
We have a lovely space for yoga, dance, meditation, healing, music, fun activities.
Room is available May 17, 2024 for a short term lease of 1.5 months
(move out by 30th June / 1st july)
